Shipping Policy

Some of our items will ship separately and take time to arrive. Please pay attention to the special shipping details listed on customized or special order products descriptions.

Regarding shipping times, items in stock will ship out the next business day. Due to how fast some items are selling out (such as tea flavors), you will be contacted if an item is sold out to inform you of the delay. Delayed tea shipments may add 3-5 days on the shipping time. If items are sold out, those items are eligible for a refund or exchange should you prefer not to wait.

Custom/special orders/requests are shipped out as they are completed. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a timeframe on these. They simply take as long as necessary. Once a custom order is completed, it is packaged and mailed the next business day and you will receive a tracking number. Please note that once a custom order is started, refunds are not eligible.

Shipping costs are product based. Purchaser will find several options to choose from at the checkout. Some items have shipping incorporated into the price, others are based on weight to allow better pricing for the customer.
