Skyberfire understands that shopping online can be difficult. You want your products as fast as possible. However, in some cases our products are produced only when they are ordered. Even though it may say that item is in stock, that just means we have the stuff we need to make that item. Always check the product descriptions to see if an item will have shipping delays. We’ll still ship out other items right away if no production is necessary, but personalized or custom items will be shipped when all items from your custom order are completed.
In addition to production delays, Covid19 has created a larger delay in shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided and I’ll keep you posted on the status of your orders. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
